E Train Talks Earth is my environmental literacy initiative that brings books, conversations, and hands-on learning into classrooms and communities.
Through school visits and community events, I share engaging, eco-friendly books with young readers and use those stories to spark conversations about conservation, protecting our environment, and the small choices we can all make to help our planet.
During classroom visits, I read a picture book aloud, talk about what we’ve learned, and explore simple ways kids can make a difference in their everyday lives. Students are encouraged to choose an eco-friendly action to try at home and share what they’ve learned with their classmates and families.
A favorite part of the program is when I get the chance to recognize each student with a special Earth Hero Award.
Through E Train Talks Earth, my goal is to help kids discover the magic of stories while showing them that you don’t have to be an adult to make a difference. Even small actions can grow into meaningful change.
