 As part of the Association of Jewish Libraries (AJL) 2025 Sydney Taylor Book Award Blog Tour, this is my interview with multi-award-winning author & cultural anthropologist, Ruth Behar.  

I was deeply honored to interview 2025 Sydney Taylor Honor Book Honoree and 2025 Newbery Honor recipient, author Ruth Behar.

I am grateful to have the privledge to interview the wonderful author Ruth Behar!  Ruth is the the talented storyteller behind the extraordinary middle-grade historical fiction novel, ACROSS SO MANY SEAS! Ruth puts her heart and soul into her writing and it shows in her stories. It was such a joy discussing her behind the scenes writing journey of her award-winning novel ACROSS SO MANY SEAS.
