I'm honored to be a kindness advocate and Giving Tuesday Teen Leader! Giving Tuesday Spark is global generosity movement lead by youth from all over the world! During the weeks leading up to Giving Tuesday on December 3rd, people all over the world will be sharing acts of kindness! As for me, I will donate my time to reading to classrooms, giving books to kids in need, and once again, running an inspirational bookmark initiative to get children all over the country crafting & sharing bookmark smiles. What Are We Doing TO SHOW KINDNESS?
We are adding some book joy to the world by printing out the provided bookmark template (OR USE YOUR OWN), decorate and/or write a kind message on it, and share it with a student, neighbor, child, grandparent, librarian, friend, teacher, etc.. by or on #GivingTuesdaySpark Day, December 3rd!
Who Can Join?
Classrooms, clubs, authors, readers, friends, etc.!
Share one bookmark or share many! It's not about how big the gesture, it's about the act of giving kindness to someone and lighting the kindness #spark!
How can Authors get involved?
I'd love for authors to share their bookmarks with classrooms, libraries and bookstores! Once you decide to help spread smiles, just let me know how many bookmarks you've shared! It's so simple and yet, so amazing!

Sharing book joy one classroom at a time!
Along with being a Giving Tuesday Spark Leader I'm collecting books for my upcoming Bar Mitzvah Project! And I'm doing this by celebrating reading & sharing books with kids one classroom at a time. On Giving Tuesday 2023 I'll be sharing bags of donated books with schools and libraries, in the hopes of inspiring kids to read & enjoy the magic of stories! Each book will come with it's own inspirational bookmark made with care from my #GivingTuesdaySpark Bookmark initiative.
